The resort of Callao Salvaje is just a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants some in true Canarian fashion. There are a handful of local hotels nearby.

Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out as the nearby taxi rank and main bus stop is just a 5 minute walk. The local beach itself is half sand, half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. The stunning Del Duque beach is only 10 minute drive, offering all Water Sports. The new state of the art Abama golf course complex in Adeje is only a ten minute drive away and there is a nearby tennis club. Ideal for families.

 

Costa Adeje has grown up in recent years on the coat around the Hotel Bahia Del Duque which is widely acknowledged as the best hotel on the island. This beautiful location has now attracted very smart designer shops & restaurants but within the complex there are still much cheaper restaurants for every day. The nearby adeje golf course is of international standard & hosted the Spanish Open but there are also more modest courses to choose from

driveGolf del Sur combines a thriving holiday resort with a magnificent championship golf course and is only 10 mins drive from Renia Sofia airport. Golf del Sur caters not just for the golfer but also for families and couples wanting a more peaceful and relaxed environment surrounded by beautiful scenery. Whilst being only 15 minutes bus ride from the hustle and bustle of Playa de Las Americas, Golf del Sur itself is a more relaxed resort offering a mix of peace, tranquillity with good evening entertainment. The cottages are only a 10 minute walk from the newly constructed marina which is overlooked by several good restaurants and bars. Evening entertainment is also available in the centre of Golf del Sur at the San Blas commercial centre where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants around the main square. For those wanting to self cater there are several small supermarkets within walking distance and a large Mercadona Supermarket about approximately 10min
