This is a lovely large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom end of terrace apartment. Own garden and large terrace with views to the sea from the garden, and to the swimming pools from the terrace. It is furnished to a high standard, also has its own car parking space. There are 3 swimming pools 1 heated pool 1 large pool & a toddler/kids pool, on this very well maintained beautiful small complex. Locally on the Golf del Sur you have a 27 hole golf course which is a few minutes walk away or an 18 hole course which is only a short walk away too and is great for walking and is only a short walk to San Blas square which has a selection of restaurants, shops, car rental and excursion shops and supermarket, from the apartment you have a small variety of local restaurants, bars and shops. There is a bus stop outside the complex with buses running all over Tenerife. Los Cristianos and Las Americas only being 15 minutes ride away.

Outside
The apartment has a beautiful south facing private garden with grass area and patio area with sun lounger and table and chairs for 6 people and umbrella. The washing machine is housed outside in a cupboard the garden has a washing line. The large Terrace has a seating area (sofa + 2 chairs) with large awning for shade, with views of the pools.
Coast/Beach
You are just across the small quiet road from the apartment to the sea, which has walkways along to San Blas square or to the marina. There is a beach area a 5 minute walk from the apt which has sun loungers and is black sand.
Golf
Golf del Sur golf course is 27 holes has a club house & driving range also having superb views of the sea and mountains, and is a 10 minute walk or 3 minutes in the car from the apartment.
Also Amarilla golf course is 18 holes with driving range and club house also with lovely sea and mountain views also being a 10 minute walk and 3 minutes by car. Tenerife has many golf courses all are very accessible from Golf del Sur.
Travel
We are 10 minutes by car from the airport of Tenerife Reina Sofia airport.
Car hire is not essential there are plenty of taxis and a good bus service.
Distances
You are 10km away to Los Cristianos and a further couple of minutes to Las Americas where there is lots of restaurants & entertainment available, or there are lots of villages nearby with many places of interest.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this very spacious well kept apartment being a family of 4 with two young children, this apartment was perfect having its own garden the children played we brought a paddling pool for them to use, also the pools were perfect catering for all the family the children played happily and safely. We found this holiday too be perfect with many facilities locally and we did some lovely walks the views from all around the golf were stunning, the complex was very well maintained. We will be back again.
