We decend down to the shelf at 7 meters. Swimming of the shelf, the cave entrance sits at 20 meters. We are able to swim through the cave to the exit that sits at 24 meters. Anchoring on the reef at 10 meters, we swim to the edge of the reef where we drop down to 24 meters. Following the curved shaped reef, we pass a large ball of Roncadores. We anchore above the cave and drop onto a shelf sitting at 16-18 meters. The cave sits at the botton of the wall. On the way down you will pass many moray eels in the wall. It is very possiible to see sting rays inside the cave. Other life, butterfly rays, Angel Sharks (nov-march) and octopus. Very good for macro pictures.

El Meridian.

Depth 30 meters. Advanced divers only. Boat.

The Meridian was a vessel used to take day trippers out to see the whales & dolphins, until it fell into disrepair and eventually sank in the harbour at cristianos . It stayed there for about a year and in 2004 it was decided that it should be moved to its current position just off Palm Mar.
The Meridian lies at 30mts & is still very much intact & offers a good opportunity to do some wreck penetration into the wheel house and forward & rear cabins.

El Condesito.

Depth 12-18 meters. All level of diver. Boat

This was a large coaster carrying a cargo of cement bags, which crashed into one of the walls at the lighthouse. Lying between 12-18 meters, the wreck is in advanced stages of decay, but still an exciting wreck to visit. The wreck is home to a family of Trumpet Fish and Octopus with the top of the wreck surrounded by thousands of Sardines and frequently sting rays under the cement bags.

Los Chuchos. Rays

Depth 18 - 21 Meters. Advanced Divers. Boat

This boat dive is one of the most popular dives in Tenerife. Desending straight down to 19 meters you are greeted by the stingrays as they hear you coming. Sitting on the sand we are able to feed the many rays that are residnet here. The atlantic rays come up and say hello as well as all the common rays, huge barracuda, trumpet fish, zebra bream, wrasse plus a massive ball of Roncadores. If you are really lucky you may catch a glimpse of the resident Turtle that floats around the reef. There is also a small wreck here that the sting rays circle. Make sure you take your camera.
