Set slightly back from the more tourist coastal resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, the villa 27 in Oroteanda Baja, is an ideal retreat for those who wish to pick and choose their holiday activities without always being in the midst of things.

The villa can be hired in two ways. Firstly, main villa hire which is made up of five bedrooms all en-suite plus an additional bathroom, sleeping a maximum of ten adults. It comes with a full kitchen, heated swimming pool, spa and large lounge and dining room. Secondly for larger groups there is an additional three bedrooms available, again all en-suite, set for another six adults.

 in an absolute prime location for experiencing, at the very least , the south of Tenerife. The airport is 15 minutes away as is the nearest beach, Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Golf del Sur. (all by car).

Three stunning golf courses, Amarilla Golf, Golf del Sur and Los Palos are within a ten minute drive of the villa and are set amongst some of the most breath taking views the south of Tenerife has to offer.

Just 20 minutes away from the villa is the amazing Siam Park - The Water Kingdom, Europe's largest water park. If you enjoy slides and rides it's worth coming to Tenerife just to experience it. Owned by the Queen of Siam it has been lanscaped to represent her homeland and has not only water attractions but many other activities for those who don't like getting wet.

The Villa’s Lounge & Dining Area 

 The lounge and dining room is the largest room in the villa and arranged to provide cosy homely areas as well as affording the option for a full house to be together . The dining areas seat sixteen, with the lounge area seating eight adults comfortably. Guests have use of a large flat screen TV that has a selection of British channels to view including Sky 1, Living TV, Euro Sport, Sky News and BBC News24. There is also a DVD player which also can play CD’s for those sing-a-long needs!.

 Upper Terrace

 From the lounge and dining area a wrap-around terrace can be accessed from two sets of patio doors. One section has a table for four, ideal for an afternoon drink, watching the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean or a game of cards or bridge. The other main section of the upper terrace has more casual seating which is just great for an after dinner coffee or cocktail or just reading a book and getting away from it all

The Villa’s Kitchen - The large villa kitchen is fully fitted with a utility area and breakfast bar. It has a ceramic hob and full size oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. The villa’s kitchen comes fully kitted out with a full complement of plates, bowls, serving dishes, glassware and cutlery, cooking implements and poolside and picnic ware.

The Villa’s Extra Little Room – Although every bedroom is en-suite, we felt there was room for yet another bathroom! On the ground floor is another independent full bathroom. It has a full double lit vanity unit, loo and best of all a whirlpool bath, with shower attachment – ideal for chilling and a bit of pampering after a hard day round the pool!

The Villa’s Mount Teide View Terrace 

 On the front ground floor terrace of the villa you can find an intimate seating area that is perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap. It looks up over several small white washed villages and the mountain ranges that have formed alongside the famous volcano Mount Teide. And hey, if intimate is not what you are after there is plenty of space out front to bring out some more chairs.

The Villa’s Pool Terrace – Heated to 29 degrees pool is the absolute ideal place to cool off, have some fun and enjoy the sun around. Small but perfectly formed anyone other than a national swimmer in training would not be disappointed.  All the sun beds are padded and there are plenty of low side tables for drinks and snacks. The pool terrace is set in a high walled, landscaped courtyard, is quite private and most importantly catches the sun for most of the day.

The Villa’s Raised Pool Terrace– To one side of the court-yarded pool area you will find the al-fresco cooking area. It contains a natural, purpose built chimneyed charcoal fired BBQ and a professional kitchen hotplate. It also has a marble bar area that is perfect for serving up a drink or two Tom Cruise style!

The Villa’s Al-fresco Dining Area – Over-looking the pool is an area set aside with a large table for eight diners (more chairs can be added) that is mostly shaded throughout the day and perfect for outdoor eating. The Al-fresco dining area can be lit at night and is just around the corner from the BBQ!

The Villa’s Spa – Off of the pool terrace is the indoor spa. The spa seats six adults, has various speed and jet settings and is a wonderful way to sit, chat and relax. The villa’s spa also has a seating area so even those that don’t want to partake of the waters don’t have to be left out!

Just a final note on this bit ...

All terraces can be lit or spotlighted of an evening so your enjoyment of the villa's outside areas can be enjoyed way beyond sunset.

All eight bedrooms available are en-suite and either double or twin bedded rooms with fitted or built-in wardrobes. They are all different in style, layout and size. Each room, as standard, will be found made up with quality white linen, eiderdown and blanket (not really as if you need the last two!). Bathroom towels are provided as well as vanity en-suite towels, all ensuite bedrooms have hair dryers. Cots are available for under three's at an additional charge.

Bedroom Two – Ground floor, double room with en-suite shower room, views of Mount Teide.

Bedroom Three – Ground floor, double room with small dressing area, en-suite with half sized bath and over bath shower, over looks pool courtyard.

Bedroom Four – Ground floor, double room with patio doors leading directly to the al-fresco dining area and steps to the pool, en-suite shower room.

Bedroom Five – First floor, large double room, private balcony with seating, suitable for drinks for two, over looking Mount Teide, large en-suite with half sized bath and over bath shower.

Bedroom Six – Above spa level, double room, en-suite shower room, patio doors with views over courtyard, pool terrace and to main villa terraces.

Bedroom Seven – Above spa level, very large twin room, en-suite shower room, French doors with views over courtyard, pool terrace and to main villa terraces.

Bedroom Eight – Above spa level, twin room, en suite with half sized bath and over bath shower, patio doors, with views over courtyard, pool terrace and to main villa terraces.
