The villa has two entrances. Detached and walled all round with lockable gates. The roof terrace with its superb sea views also has gate at bottom of the access stairs, which is lockable. Accessibility
The main floor area of the villa is all on one level including the access to the pool area. The pool has step ladder into the pool. Pool Size 8.0 m x 3.5 m. Depth 1.10 mtrs. Pool electrically heated in winter months. There is good access for wheelchair users from the garden gate entrance. The villa floor area constructed is 240sqm. Outside 
The villa is situated on an 800sqm plot and has spacious gardens and terraces with ample sun loungers, sun parasols, BBQ, poolside shower. The private pool is of a good size, accessed by step ladder with pool cover and is electrically heated in winter months. Nearest airport is Reina Sofia, Tenerife South airport, which is a 30 min. car or taxi ride away. Car hire is recommended for the villa, but is it within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Distances
10 mins. drive to the Adeje golf course.
10 mins. drive to the fishing village of La Caleta and superb fish restaurants.
10 mins. drive to large manmade beaches.
10 mins. drive to the very busy tourist resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.
1 hrs. drive to the capital of the island, Santa Cruz.
1.5 hrs. drive to the pretty northern resort of Puerta de la Cruz and the Loro Parque.
